SHIPMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship to any part of Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands) and European countries. We also ship to countries outside the European Union. If you do not find your country among our options or during the purchase we ask you to contact us, it is to find the best price for your shipment. PENINSULAR SHIPMENTS (SPAIN AND PORTUGAL)

Peninsular shipments are through the transport company MRW, with a transit time of approximately 48 hours.

Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may have a delivery time of 5-10 business days.


SHIPMENTS BALEARIC ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

Shipments are through MRW in approximately 72 hours.

Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may have a delivery time of 5-10 business days.


SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION AND OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

To offer the best service and price, the transport company will depend on the country of destination, as well as the weight of the package.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICIES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulations modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

You only have to send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use.

In addition, in the case of an exchange, you will have to pay the shipping costs of the return and the new shipment.0.

It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return perfectly packaged.

In case the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, NEYRA CUSTOM SHOP™ will accept the return of the product and proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made, and where appropriate, to the shipment of the new product:

  • If you made the payment by credit card, the amount will be credited to your bank account.
  • If you made the payment by bank transfer, we will ask you for an account number where you can pay the amount.


Note.

You will receive a refund of the amount within a maximum period of 10 days from the receipt in our warehouse of the exchange or return product.

Keep in mind that if you paid by credit card, it is likely that your bank will not show you the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.

In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by NEYRA CUSTOM SHOP™.
